My issue was just with Animal Crossing New Horizons Bells the Fire Emblem franchise, as most have said. I really like Ike and I am glad he's in, but he sure does complicate things. Fire Emblem won't get more than 3 reps unless this match has 50+ characters, and I think that it's too varied a series for many of its reps to be blue-haired celebrity users. Honestly, what could simplify things was when Marth just did not return, but he is too important to the series and he's a veteran(for the record, I am glad he is back, I'm just saying it'd simplify matters if he wasn't).
There are not any defining characteristics concerning him that warrent the improvement into Brawl. None. I'm not familiar with the FE series, but gimme Hector, even in the event that you gotta have someone. Or an Intriguing swordfighter.
Could among those Ike fans please point out to me what makes Ike distinct? Why is Ike so unqiue he wants to be included into what could possibly be the best figthing game of all time?
4: There are too many swordsmen already!
That is your opinion, and you are eligible for it. Do not make the mistake of supposing it to be some rule for SSB, though. We have absolutely no indication that Sakurai is concerned about the weapons used by every individual persona -- and if anything else, the very fact that newcomers are using swords in greater numbers this time (see Pit, Meta Knight, and Ike; and that's with barely over half the anticipated roster revealed) is an indication that he isn't very concerned about it. Super Smash Brothers buy Animal Crossing Items is not Street Fighter -- theres no"unwritten rule" limiting weapons usage to a minimal or providing fist-fighters a preference over weapon-wielders.
